• The price match applies to competitors’ advertised rates for skip bag pickup services within our service area.

• The competitor must be a legitimate, registered business providing an identical service.

• The competitor’s price must be publicly available and verifiable, such as on their website or in a current advertisement.

2. Scope of Price Matching

• The price match applies only to the base pickup fee, excluding additional charges (e.g., excess weight fees, difficult access surcharges, or disposal of prohibited items).

• Limited-time promotions, clearance sales, bundled offers, or member-exclusive discounts are not eligible for price matching.

• The competitor’s price must be current at the time of the request (expired or future pricing does not qualify).

3. How to Request a Price Match

• Customers must provide valid proof of the competitor’s price, such as:

• A direct link to the competitor’s website

• A written quote

• A published advertisement

• The competitor’s price must be verified prior to booking.

4. Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to:

• Private or unlicensed operators and cash-only businesses.

• Prices from businesses that lack the required licenses or ABN for legal operation.

• Services that differ in terms, quality, or inclusions (e.g., competitors that do not ensure proper waste disposal).

5. Right to Refuse

• We reserve the right to decline a price match if we determine that:

• The competitor’s price is misleading, incorrect, or unverifiable.

• The price does not meet the conditions outlined in these terms.

• We also reserve the right to adjust our pricing rather than match an unsustainable competitor price.

6. Policy Changes

• This Price Match Guarantee may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
